Child Tax Allowance Rebate Service

Many thousands of people have failed to claim a tax allowance in the 2002-03 tax year. This allowance has since been abolished and should not be confused with the Child Tax Credit.

If you did not claim this tax allowance you may be entitled to a tax rebate, and this is where our “no rebate no fee” service could help you further.

How do I know if I am eligible for Child Tax Allowances?

You will be eligible if:

  • you had a child born between 6 April 1986 and 5 April 2003
  • the child lived with your for part of either 2002 and 2003
  • you worked and paid tax in part or all of the period from April 2001 to March 2003

Regardless of whether you were married, living with partner or single during this time, your marital status will not affect a claim. Any claim made will not affect any current Child Tax Credit. You or your partner had to earn over £6,000 in either 2002 or 2003 tax years.

If your not sure how our “no rebate no fee” service can assist you, please complete and send the form below and one of our fully trained advisers will contact you to discuss.
